Nicole Kidman has had so much Botox and surgery it looks like DC made this show and fucked up the CGI on her month. it is a right mess
Well this is another Taylor Sheridan project and he can't do wrong.
Solid start of the season, solid actors and what seems to be a solid plot.
I'm bias because there isn't yet a project started by Sheridan I haven't liked. Can't wait to see Bass Reeves and all the actual new seasons of all his running shows, from Yellowstone to Tulsa King.

I thought for one moment that this was going to be the usual woke feminist rubbish we usually get from tv companies, but Sheridan once again gives us a bloody fantastic show, with strong woman and stronger men…..
This is how you write a powerful female character and make it real!!!!
I just finished watching the final episode. This was a really good show. I thought it was going to turn out to be some feminist type of show but boy was I wrong. Strong female and male characters and it hard to balance a family with this type of occupation. I read about Nicole Kidman's botox comments, this has nothing to do with her character. She did a awesome job as well as the others. So stop hating on Nicole.

Couldn't make it past the 4th episode. Very less attention paid to the central plot , and halfway through the season , nothing mind blowing has happened. will not continue it further
Started off okay, but then for no reason whatsoever the series took a turn into psychological drama, the thrill was gone, the fun was out, and the rating went down from an enthusiastic 7/10 to an underwhelming 4/10. I only watched this because of ratings and recommendations on trakt.tv, that being said, if you're looking to watch it, tread carefully, lest you end up even more disappointed than I am

Never heard of Laysla De Oliveira before today. Straight off the bat, I'm rooting for the character played by her. Great performance.
Update after S01 E07 [01-SEP-2023] - Botox Kidman's face looks like it was generated by a buggy, pre-alpha, AI graphics software. They need to get her to stick to "management" roles behind camera at this stage. She's damaging an otherwise serious and on-point military drama portrayed by very talented female leads.
I was a bit worried about yet another woke crap series - but..... aside one totally racist "I am not having this conversation with a white guy" remark, this is actually how things should be: just a really good series! there is a high Tom Clancy / Jack Ryan vibe to it.
Not sure why Morgan Freeman is on the poster here on Trakt, he's nowhere in the series. At least not in the first 6 episodes. Completely binged this....
I wanted a better ending but I loved binging this one!! Solid performance by all. Is there a season 2 in the works?

One of the best things Sheridan has done yet. I've noticed he creates a lot of shows, but the ones he WRITES, like this one, are phenomenal.
All the action could have been a short movie, and been ok I guess. All the stupid filler about agent lady being a terrible parent and the worlds worst spoilt teenager. Even Morgan Freeman’s short cameo didn’t help this snoozer.
I was disappointed with this series. Three strong, intelligent female leads and almost no female perspective in the show. This was definitely a guys show. There were two scenes that leaned into a female perspective late in the series, but the predominant tone was violence, control and brute strength. I don’t begrudge guys their shows but don’t tease us with possibilities for something with more nuance. I give the series a 7 (guy show) out of 10. [Military Action]

the show is great balancing between family and Jobs with high life or mental risk, acting great but really the Arabs are Lebanese not from GCC. that is a bummer. allow :joy::innocent::cry::thinking::astonished:
Just watched episode 5. The show is going stronger with every episode. The casting is really great. The dynamic between the characters is really good. The dialog and the way the characters behave seems fluid and normal. Directing, writing, actor play all awesome. Lets hope it continues that way. Solid show 10/10 from me.
So best show I've watched and anticipated weekly since Tulsa King... And TK was more because Sly is a legend.
This though... Taut. Dense. Paced. Intricate.
Loved every episode and I'll be rewatching all 8 this week coming.
To the gods that control the green lights, this show deserves a second season - minimum! Don't be idiots. Be smart.

Amazing spy drama series. The first spy serie I have seen that shows both sides of the job, and I have seen a lot of spy series/movies.
The family side of the story was so well portrayed, heartbreaking what a job can do to a family. Even more when the husband had also a very important and stressful profession.
The acting was outstanding in this serie. Zoë played amazing, Cruz played amazing!! The eldest daughter played so well, she nailed her performance.
Can highly recommend this to everyone!!
In my opinion their is no need for a season 2. It’s good the way it is. And if their is a season 2 it will always be worse then season 1.

Beyond the amazing acting, pace and tension on the show, this is, in reality, a drama about work life balance
It's a very good series, it's a shame it's on an irrelevant streaming service. It's a famous company, but it doesn't make sense for so many streamings, the rope breaks on Paramount's side.
I don’t know what Nicole Kidman did with her face but I just cannot watch it.
I found this to be quite a good show with nice potential.
I liked the concept of the show, how they embed a woman close to a mark, in order to take out said mark.
I enjoyed the acting and the intrigues between the characters and the families you follow. It was also nice to see the development of Cruz and how she handles being thrown into the deep end, falling in love with her mark's daughter, whom she befriends, and still manages to pull it together.
Hoping for a 2nd season.
This show is so mixed for me. Some good acting, some poor acting. Some really cool scenes and plot points, but a lot of other really bad ones. Overall it was enjoyable to watch if you're ok with saying to yourself "That was a really cool scene and I like how they did that, but what on earth did they do that other stupid thing?"
Many comments on Kidman's botox lips, yes, they are quite distracting. A lot of other people have rated this show very highly and I have no idea why. Yes, it's enjoyable, but that doesn't make it good, certainly NOT great.
Lastly, the ending episode didn't feel like an ending, wrapped up almost nothing, and didn't draw me into watching any more of this show.
If you like Taylor Sheridan, than you will definitely enjoy this show. Let’s also mention the elephant in the room, Nicole Kidman and all of her Botox plastic surgery. Lol! Well either way, Nicole Kidman did a great job in her role with her character.
Great show. Only downside is the fact that I can’t shake the fact that Nicole Kidman looks like Red Skull’s albino sister.
With a certain militaristic whiff at the beginning, the series develops, however, providing three different perspectives on the anti-terrorist policy of the United States, represented by the three protagonists: the bureaucratic vision, the patriotic commitment and the doubts about whether to combat terrorism by becoming a terrorist group is the best solution. It lacks some depth, but a claustrophobic and violent environment is built that works well thanks to the direction of veteran John Hillcoat and a solid cast, although Morgan Freeman is wasted.
Why did they have to ruin it with all that drama and i love you i will never find love again.
It started so good but last episodes were out of scope.
I will give it a + sign because Zoe was awesome, hated the lioness, always crying and not a single scene without a scar on her face.
I will watch a second season.
The finale is shit. What a lazy ending. Need to spend another episode or two to make it better. Oh...there's a marine infiltrated the house. Let's run over to the kitchen (how the heck did he even know she was in the kitchen?) to confront her. Worst ending of a great show.

Great show, the family portions really bring some humanity in the beginning half that is needed to counter balance the intrigue and action. Those family portions only get better as the series progresses.
I feel like the creators really wanted me to feel something about this show and its characters, but I didn't.
At the end of season 1 I really didn't care about any of the caracters. I did not care who lived or died ¯_(ツ)_/¯
after two episodes i get boring...i hoped it was like seal team...i renove it.

I'm enjoying this show a lot. Didn't aspect to much of it at first, turned out to be a very decent show to be watching, with good actors and great acting.
