This is really not a good episode and it doesn't look like Trey Parker and Matt Stone wanted it to be. Terrance and Phillip aren't really very good characters and they really don't have much to do here. This is an April Fools Joke that only the show runners found funny.
I enjoy T&F as a scene breaker of 5 seconds... It's incredibly weak as a full thing though.
Skip this... It might as well be not South Park.
