I'd give this an eight if I wasn't also so %#$@& sad about.... My dear deceased daughter had boyfriends at different times who blamed each other for selling my ex's wedding band to a cash for gold shop. The main stone was investor quality.
I hate cash for gold, and I hate how addiction pushes people to steal and do other things to support their habit.
In Europe some countries prescribe the drug with the only requirement that they participate in talk therapy, because they actually want addicts to get better. But, here it's all about the Benjamins, not looking too soft on crime, and using phony, "drug wars," to effect policy in other countries (often pro-corporate policy), and driving people into the criminal justice system.
Parents and local businesses lose.
I don't hate America, I just want it to do better and live up to it's stated ideals.
