From personal experience I can tell you that so many emotions and little notions in this episode are absolutely spot on! So far this show is very promising.
Very trope-y: "Sad man must find happiness again" ... okay, got anything a little more interesting ?
Probably one of the most beautiful pilots I‘ve ever seen. Did not expect that at all.
This episode was not funny.
This episode was not touching.
This episode was not creatively written.
Maybe the flaw is with me in that I was not its target audience?
Oh man. Another white guy who lost his wife and is now doing drugs and sleeping with hookers. So original. I pretty much loved every character besides Segal's and if I'm gonna continue watching it will be for Harrison Ford killing it in every scene he's in. Not much else to say besides that but I heard one critic say it gets a bit better. So far, I'm not impressed.
A lot of talent behind this show and but it was just ok.
I'll watch anything Jason Segel is in. The man can convey emotion. Oh, and its great seeing Jessica Williams in more stuff!
Fun, funny, exciting all at the same time. It reminded me of series like A Million Little Things and The Village, I really liked it.
