Season 1

This literally caught me up on the edge of my seat from the beginning. It really is amazing if you are up for a psycho thriller mystery which indeed is very beautifully portrayed.

One of the best psychological thrillers Ive seen. Up there with True Detective Season 1. A slow burner worth every minute.

This show had superb acting.

The plot at times was a bit beyond my comprehension, but after rewatching certain episodes, I have a much better idea of what the show runners were trying to convey.

And overall, I enjoyed this show. Wasn’t perfect, but it executed its scenes well and have a lot of high points.

This show is a lifetime movie dressed up to be something more. The drama is achieved not by unraveling a mystery but by showing brief flashbacks from the main character's youth. The mystery is very much secondary, and quite honestly, I forgot about it most episodes. Instead, we find out more about.... the past. Maybe this isn't fair in that I was watching this at the same time I was watching Season 5 of Fargo. In that series, you see what what character development and mystery really are. If this series didn't have such fine actors, you would not be able to distinguish from a Lifetime movie. It looked nice and was well-acted, but everything else about it is sooooo amateurish.

It's a slow burn for sure with good atmosphere and nice chartacters but i don't think it was superb or i didn't feel the tense in any episode.I liked most the last episodes but until then there wasn't something in the plot that could help me understand where it goes.Not a waste of time but for sure i expected more overall.I love Amy Adam's she levels up the show 7.4/10

Enjoyable but the director still uses too many times flash back/forward, this tends to break action and avoid a nice flux in the story
