Liked it bit more than the first season, The Jacket episode was nice, but the episode where Elaine and Jerry have sex, made me want to stop because I thought they were actually get back together, very happy they did not tho. LOT OF ELAINE this season and stillI hate her sm, Jerry had less annoying moments, but sadly George had more (fav character in first season). Now I would have to say my fav character of this season was definetely Kramer, his personality is funny and its fun to watch, he def the GOAT of season 2. With the characters u can definetely see how a lot of sitcoms copied Seinfeld, but better (friends...)
The laughs continue into Season 2 of Seinfeld as the show beings to expand. Though mainly centered on Jerry, the writers start to explore the other character dynamics, as well as introduce new supporting characters. Also, the series’ trademark wit and satiric humor is especially sharp and gets refined. And while every episode isn't a hit, the season delivers such classics as “The Jacket,” “The Pony Remark,” and “The Chinese Restaurant.” The show is still clearly working itself out, but even so, the second season of Seinfeld is a lot of fun.
The first two seasons really do not embody what I have come to love about Seinfeld. Largely, these two seasons are still trying to find the voice that the series today is fondly remembered for and in my opinion, that's perfectly OK. It makes the story of Seinfeld and its rise to pop culture mainstay all the more incredible.
Season 2, like the first IMO, is not always very pretty. "The Chinese Restaurant", as far as I am concerned, is the single best episode of the first two seasons and despite enjoying a couple of others greatly ("The Ex-Girlfriend" and "The Revenge"), a lot of the season feels a little flat. First time viewers should not despair if they wish to continue the series as it gets infinitely better from here on in. The characters, the energy, the rhythm and obviously the scripts elevate considerably in the coming seasons.
A lot of these first two seasons come off as dated to me now or plain unfunny, even for the time they came out.

This second season is already way better than the first one! Although no "Friends" or "Scrubs", it is really enjoyable and especially Episode 09 ("The Deal") is just hilarious...
