One of the more interesting, and dare I say, cerebral episodes of ReBoot, especially after the halfway mark of the series. The "it was all a dream" element of it takes away from things to a degree, but having Enzo play a "game" that takes place in Mainframe was an interesting premise, and he and AndrAIa rebooting into Megabyte and Hexadecimal was a neat twist. It felt very much like an episode of the Twilight Zone -- as though there's some central mystery that we're slowly and mind-bendingly getting to the bottom of.
"Matrix" hasn't been terribly well developed beyond stock characteristics since his debut as an adult, but this episode did a lot to tease out the things that make him tick: his resentment of Megabyte, his hero worship of Bob, his frustration at the naive little kid he was, his wistfulness in missing his sister. It's not going to win any awards, but this is as legitimate an exploration of the inner depths of a character on ReBoot the show's ever done (including Dot's Funhouse journey) and it had some surprisingly deep moments.
