Excellent show, loved it to the max, if greys is hardcore drama, PP is hardcore in emotions.

Started watching this after Grey’s Anatomy and I hate to say, there were some aspects of this show that I liked better. It is a more light-hearted show. Grey’s is still superior, BUT this is definitely a strong spin-off. You get to see a whole other side of Addison that is refreshing when compared to her ice queen portrayal in Grey’s. You also get to see the Amelia origin story, which I didn’t even know came from this show. I managed to watch all seasons in 2 weeks. If you like Grey’s you will like this.
This was such a good show up until about halfway through the whole series then it became more about the staffs problems and consistent bed hopping, I would have rathered a dip instead of a long deep dive as this takes away from the reason why I started watching it which was the different cases that come into the clinic and their interactions with the staff. I watched the last 4 or 5 episode with my finger on skip button.
I was hoping for a bit more with this being a Grey's Anatomy spin-off, but it doesn't seem to work. The one-liners work on Grey's but but Kate Walsh needs the actors around her to have a bit of comedy value to make them work, unfortunately her co-stars offer very little comedy value and restrict the scripts.
Season one started of as a medical drama but as the series progressed it is more about the sex lives of the characters. They would possibly benefit from having an STD clinic available in the practice with the bed hopping that goes on.

this show starts off really slow and boring but it kicks off in season two and this show is filled with drama. it's thrown at you every time you bat an eyelash and i'll always miss this show.
