"It's No Picnic" has a ridiculously simple idea and premise, and I think that's where and why it really shines above here. This is Isabella's first real shot to do something for Phineas rather then the other way around, and it also allows a distinctly character driven narrative that puts all of the focus on how these characters will react and talk in certain situations.

Because of this, "It's Not Picnic" might be the pinnacle of the "laid-back" episodes of the show - it's slower pace but more character centric storytelling forces them to slow down and actually have conversations, and some of the best moments of the show can be found in those moments. Fantastic episode once again.
