This is just one of those episodes that just seems to get more and more crazy as time goes on. What starts as one of the show's more simpler episodes quickly evolves into one of their most batshit insane ones yet, particularly in it's humor. This is a mile a minute episode, the ones I love without a doubt, and it's stellar timing here is one of the major reasons it works so well.
Plus, the Doof plot, which seems initially vaguely similar to a plot from earlier in the show, reveals it's true colours as a character deconstruction to showcase how petty of a person he actually is. It allows for one of the show's stronger character beats while still retaining it's signature humor. And that song? Excellent.
