This episode has gotten more popular overtime due to a certain revelation that happened in Milo Murphy's Law (also a fantastic show), but as a standalone episode it's also just really great. It's a really fantastic idea and the fact that it squarely focuses on Candace and Doof helps keep the episode in focus - and putting the bad luck on Phineas and Ferb as well is a nice change of pace that puts them in a situation we haven't really seen them in before.
Of course, their optimism is what gets them through it, and it's that happy, optimistic tone of the show that what makes it so special. Just excellent all around once again.
