3x06 The Belly of the Beast

Highlights of this ep:

• Candace - and only Candace getting hit with water, somehow
• Doofenshmirtz's failed attempt to back jump off his boat
• "We're gonna need a bigger captain"

This one could have easily been gimmicky but what makes this one tick is how far they take the actual premise of everything. It just gets funnier and funnier, as well more absurdist. The animation here can get particularly great - Season 3 so far has showcased an upwards spike in quality in terms of how the show looks as whole outside of event episodes or the movies.

I also particularly love this episode for how it plays with the conventions on how you think an episode will play out. It feels like, at times, a exaggerated version of itself and I mean that in the best way possible. It's just a really lively, funny episode from start to finish.
