This is a stellar one mainly for it's premise - what a great idea! In the end, Candace always gets what is coming to her even if you finally want her to get some kind of win for once, and this is one of the best examples of that yet. And the invention itself is a personal favourite of mine, tapping into my love of ninjas and stealth.
Doof's plot is where this episode truly shines though. It's the kind of commentary that is subtle but really aids in selling exactly what Dan and Swampy intentions are with the characters - the extremely shallow population do actually follow those they deem more attractive and "desirable", and while this is taken to it's logical extreme it still resonates. That song is really good too.
