This is a very similar episode to "Toy of the World" from Season 1 and that episode did the concept of Perry becoming famous far funnier, but the hook here is still very good, particularly on the Doof end. Sergei the Snail is an inspired decision on the part of the writers, and everything with that side of the plot is very, very good.
I also love seeing Perry's relationship with the boys progress. They have such a cute relationship together and we don't get to see that too often - especially as this aired after Across the 2nd Dimension, which gives those moments all the more weight. Really good stuff!
