Fun fact - this was the first episode to air after Across the 2nd Dimension's premiere, and because of that it got overshadowed at the time which is a shame because it's a really fantastic episode that puts emphasis on a laid back, laisse fare approach that has really worked for the show. This is also a really funny episode, with the gags really popping out and hitting bullseyes throughout, particularly in regards to an ongoing tiger joke.
It's episodes like this that remind me on how good this show really is at it's height. It's structure is loose enough to be used in clever ways, but also rigid to where jokes can be made in it's expense while also using it as a way to explore character and mundanity. And that shines through here in every regard.
