Wow. Probably one of the most original episodes of the whole series, not only as an exploration of the show's structure from a meta perspective but also maybe the first 11 minute episode to almost completely ditch it. In fact, the only remnants of it left are in the details and the two storylines. Otherwise? This is a groundbreaking episode for the show, and also one of it's absolute best from the ground up.
Not only is it a fantastic reflection of the series up until this point, perfectly reflecting the mythic status of Phineas and Ferb to the rest of the cast, but it's also a hilarious one - seeing everything fall down because of a literal lack of setting is genius. And the song here is an all timer for the show - brilliant stuff.
