"Bad Hair Day" is only a lesser episode of the season by the sheer nature of it being mostly one joke stretched over 11 minutes and not much else. Thankfully, that joke is pretty funny for the most part, and it does culminate in a really satisfying, unexpected, and hilarious way that it makes it still worth it. Candace has been crapped on this entire season and while she does get a win here, she is still pretty much the butt of the joke again albeit Ashley Tisdale continues to make it funny.
The Doof plot is really great too, and it has a complicated setup but it leads to such a great payoff that it's difficult to hate it. Overall another really good episode.
