Third season begins in earnest with a really, really great episode. By this point we are pretty much comfortable with the format of the show so it doesn't waste any time getting to the good stuff - the confidence in the writers is pretty much beyond anything else at this point and it really showcases in how they write their characters. They are so well realized and developed, and even minor characters like Adyson shine here.
Plus you can tell the budget has gone up this season as the biosphere is nothing short of beautiful to look at. And the Doof plot is wonderfully petty, but actually ties into the episode thematically as well. Fantastic stuff once again from the show.
