This is pretty much one giant parody of famous British properties like James Bond and Sherlock Holmes, but honestly it might be one of the best examples. It's just so consistently funny and confident in it's jokes, it never stops to retell something and always knows exactly what to say and when. Candace and Stacy are also at their best when they are going through an elaborate scheme to try and bust the boys, and this is no exception to that.
But what makes this episode really work how the parody actually makes sense. Candace becoming a superfan of Sherlock Holmes is completely in character for her, and the song that goes along with it is pretty catchy as well. This season is on fire.
