It's got a great premise carrying it, even if some of it's ideas were done better in prior episodes. But while it lacks the commentary of "Phineas and Ferb Get Busted" or the time travel zaniness of "Quantum Boogaloo", it makes for that in sheer ridiculousness. The idea Candace as mayor is comedic gold and I love how it ends. It's the kind of unexpected twist that makes everything worth it.
The Doof plot is very funny too and ties into the episode in really clever ways, especially as the episode is clearly building up to that moment throughout. It's bit on the light side but honestly it's too funny to pass up.
