I love when the show grounds Phineas and Ferb as characters. I think the arguments about them being too "nice" or too "bland" don't really hold any weight in the slightest - yes, they are very kind and optimistic characters but they are still kids, and seeing them get nostalgic about stuff from the younger years makes them feel human. It's also just a funny episode that has a great hook (kiddie rides that actually fly), and Baljeet's dollar bill gag is an all timer.
And the Doof with really great too. On paper, it's the kind of plot that's actually kind of diabolical for him even if it's as petty as expected, and the setup for it is a fantastic scene. Overall just a really great episode.
