The rare Jeremy focused episode - suddenly the roles are reserved, Candace is the cool and collected one while Jeremy is the anxious wreck, which gives a nice dynamic to their relationship that we don't normally see. It also paints Jeremy as a more three dimensional character, who up until this point was great but was mostly the nice guy to Candace's more wacky antics. It's also nice to see Phineas and Ferb start helping beyond their own friend group.
Doofenshmirtz's plot was also a massive step forward. Seeing the introduction of the rest of the evil scientist community that had been alluded to in the past is a great bit of worldbuilding, and while it's filled with humor it does set the stage for more possible antagonists in the future. This episode is great stuff.
