I love seeing episodes where the family is at it's core. Phineas really does care for his sister a ton, and seeing that here is heartwarming even if his attempts are in vein. The song that's in this episode is very funny too - one of the funniest actually with all of the clever rhymes they come up with.
And of course, Perry's plot is simply fantastic. The side plots are becoming probably the highlight of the show at points, bringing increasingly hilarious scenarios within it's own universe while also keeping things in tone with them.
