Wanna slap younger me for not being a fan of this one. This is a bonafide classic episode, completely destroying the standard "evil counterparts" trope by laying into it deeply and just letting the absurdity speak for itself. This allows for some really strong character humor and dialogue at the expense of the audience as we know all of this stuff by heart at this point, and it works as a meta joke almost making fun of Phineas' initial pitch characterization.
And the Doof side plot is equally as excellent, diving into his psychology as a starting point and just letting the episode play out as a tragedy of errors. The poor guy deserves a win, even if his losses are just as funny as ever.
