Even in Phineas and Ferb's fantastical universe, some of this episode is little bit on the ridiculous side. This is clearly an older episode, without question, as it's experimenting with a bunch of elements that are all very funny even if they don't totally gel together. The lack of tension on the Phineas and Ferb plot this time pretty much makes this a slapstick show, which isn't a bad thing - this show is very rarely actually bad - but it's not as interesting as it could be.

The Perry plot though? Hilarious stuff, probably the funniest one yet actually. It subverts a lot of what you would expect considering those characters and has some really unexpected payoffs that ALL land. Pretty much saves the episode. So, all in all, good stuff.
