There are some all time gags here, specifically on the Doofenshmirtz side of things. Everything at the evil science convention and their fight is hilarious, including a fire gag that is perfectly timed as it is laugh out loud funny. That side is an easy 10, perfectly encapsulating what makes the show fantastic.
The rest of the episode isn't as good as that though, mainly thanks to a side character that doesn't totally work in the grand scheme of things along with a main hook that doesn't really go anywhere. Still though, there are funny bits there, especially involving Candace who is still a highlight.
