Another spectacular one, mainly because, just like Run Away Runway, of it's mile-a-minute jokes and visual gags. This is a really funny episode, and the great visuals on hand throughout this one really aid in keeping the light and airy tone this entire bit has. The toy factory is an animation delight, and the commentary on the toy industry is absurd but hilarious.
The Doofenshmirtz plot here is also very funny, and the kind of ridiculous, nonsensical scheme that only he could come up with and actually make sound feasible. That's the real strength of his section - you can't help but think, if it wasn't for Perry, that his plans COULD actually work.
