It's really good, but not anything amazing. This episode is mostly brought down a bit by some odd timing in the humor - some things go on a bit long and there seems to be weird amount of padding here. This is odd because the premise is actually a really solid one, a comedy of errors and misunderstandings that also highlight some of the stronger slapstick sequences in the show up to this point.
Still though, it's Phineas and Ferb, so it's still very good - some of the gags are laugh out loud funny (a manager gag in particular is very funny) and it's pretty admittedly to see the kids act like kids wholeheartedly here.
