"Considering cab drivers are 30 times more likely to be killed on the job than most other professions"

That statistic in the beginning seemed so crazy that I just had to google it...

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration said:

Taxi drivers are over 20 times more likely to be murdered on the job than other workers

And from The Bureau of Labor Statistics:

Taxi- cab drivers and chauffeurs have the highest homicide rate of any occupation, 17.9 fatalities per 100,000 workers, or 36 times the risk of all employed individuals.

This group comprises 0.2 percent of employed workers in the United States, but accounts for about 7 percent of work-related homicides.

Wow! That's insane!

(Also, that was the worst ambush I've seen in my entire life, hahaha)
