1st episode was good. Second episode not so good. Ivan mbakop with that stupid toothpick in hus mouth had to go. So hard to watch that guy it almost enough to stop watching
Won't be going back for season 2!
The first episodes of this version of a British series moved to New Orleans and surrounding it with human trafficking and the cultural connection with Zimbabwe, establishes the defects that are magnified as the story progresses. A failed direction that doesn't convey the necessary tension, weak character development, a cultural construction that never feels very relevant (although aspects in the Tongai family are interesting), and a main character that is not very interesting, despite being played by the magnificent Giancarlo Esposito. There is a depressing tone that however doesn't envelop the story in the darkness it needs.
See my comment on the first season. This should be a great show but it’s not.
I am not too sure if I like it or not yet. I mean, to be fair, it is too soon to judge. I mainly started watching because, well, he's "Gus Fring" after all!. Hopefully it will pick up.

I’m only watching this show because I am a fan of Giancarlo Esposito.
The series has gone downhill after the first episode.
I’m willing to bet that the person who wrote the first episode didn’t write the second or third because the character ‘Horse’ isn’t as sophisticated as he looked in the first episode.
