This was the shake up we were all waiting for this season but damn Ruth just can’t seem to catch a break!
I can't be the only one glad to see Darlene is dead, right? R.I.P Wyatt though.
A++++ acting from Julia Garner
One one of the best performances on one of the best episodes of one of the best shows to ever exist
Jonah : I don't want any part in it.
Continues to sabotage family
Best show on TV, every episode so far this season has been great and the mid season finale did not disappoint. RIP Wyatt. What a great actor Julia Garner is pure class. Cannot wait until part 2 later this year.
Julia Garner definitely deserves another award for that last performance. Holy Cow.
Well then... That was full of things I did not expect to happen...
I was expecting Ruth to get shot by the daughter. No one yells threats that much without getting it.
Great season minus Jonah’s constant bitching, get over yourself. I say just let him go and get arrested or killed. If you can’t understand the scoop of the seriousness his parents are going through then so be it. He’s old enough to understand, if he was a few years younger I’d then say sure he has all right to act out but if this part 2 is more of him acting like a two year old i don’t know how much longer i can watch that, of course we all hate his mom and i’d like to see her dead too because she’s definitely come to be worst that Darlene but you still have your dad and sister to think about, you’re just thinking of yourself. Anyway rant over.
rest in peace Wyatt
I hope Ruth kills that dude even though it will case a chain reaction but she deserves a win after 4 seasons and i think that would be a good one to give her as short as it may be
Marty is still so calm after everything, he has to be able to be this good at what he does best. I’d have him on my side any day.
Really like the progress of Charlotte’s character lets hope she goes more to her dads traits than her moms but its not looking that way unfortunately
I’ve wanted Darlene to die a long time ago but i feel like she got off easy by that dude doing it, he was never tied to her like the others that would have enjoyed it a lot more, he’s the knew guy and it didn’t mean much to me
Wendy needs to die. I hope Marty and the kids find a way out of all this though... even though Jonah is an annoying little shit. Realistic though I guess b/c 14 years olds are the worst. And can poor Ruth catch a break one of these days?! I mean damn...
So damn good. Got some old Breaking Bad feels on this one
Julia Garner's performance (Ruth Langmore) has been great all over the seasons. But this one in particular, she has been terrific and in this last episode she has excel it.
Crazy Ruth in the end was exactly what the final episode of part 1 needed. Great show as usual but can't help the feeling there's a lot wrong. The bad guy becoming a little bit softer but no fear, there's this other new guy that is worse. I don't think this was ideal. Also the whole drama with Jonah, a frigging 14 year old kid, was unnecessary imo.
this show started with a kill and ended with a kill. isn't this poetry? loved this season.
Holy hell did that just happen…
I mean it’s the Ozarks so I guess expect :asterisk_symbol:everything:asterisk_symbol:. Darlene had it coming. But Javi has it coming more.
Superb ending, just wish Wendy was on the couch with them.
So damn good. Got some old Breaking Bad feels on this one
:anguished::anguished::anguished::anguished::anguished::anguished::anguished::anguished::anguished::anguished: Omfg O_o the last 6 mins was incredible. The writing and acting from this part 1 was 100% Oscar worthy
When Ruth called Wendy a c:asterisk_symbol::asterisk_symbol:t :joy: brilliant show
Julia Garner is getting another Emmy, lock it in.
I wish all 14 episodes were out, not just 7! now I will have to wait. Julia was solid as heck!
Disappointing season to say da least. I wish S04 would of been like S03. Just sayin'
This season's end didn't really have the punch I was hoping for. Not terrible, not great, just OK.
Part 1 has been great, as expected. But not sure it it's just me or not, but I've found that I'm feeling less tense during big moments this season.
I hate that stupid ass kid!
Great actors and Julia Garner is awesome
Jesus! Wyatt got smoked. Javi is the best character on the show.
I'm happy that Darlene died, but there was absolutely no reason for them to kill Wyatt, except for "shock value". It's such a predictable stupid move by Hollywood writers to make you hate the ending of a show, it'll just guarantee that you'll be less inclined to recommend it to others. Now I'm fully expecting for Jonah and Ruth to die just to put the nail in the coffin for the show, the writers burning all bridges on their way out.
What a mid-season finale at the time.
Julia Garner act ladies and gentlemen. Excellent performance from her again.
And I'm team Ruth full force now!
I guess that Ruth will lead the KC mob or at least the mob will ally themselves to Ruth.
[Wyatt deserved better, and I was actually upset when they had Javi take him out alongside Darlene. Think someone else should've taken out Darlene, it would've meant more to them and to the viewers, also Wyatt could've been spared. Never did enjoy his arc after Season 2, but I guess it all led to seeing how Ruth reacts to this all in Part 2. Hoping for a memorable conclusion to this series.]
Netflix kinda spoiled this for me because when I was watching the show from my computer it showed a banner of Ruth and Three wearing black at a funeral, so who else would be worthy of a funeral other than Wyatt? But I genuinely thought Frank Jr was gonna be the one to do it.
Wyatt deserved SO MUCH BETTER, he was a good kid and he was so close of getting out.
And it sucks that it seems like Charlotte didn’t care about it when they were so close for a while.
Also I don’t believe that the Byrde’s would overpower Navarro, outsmart him yes but this outcome doesn’t make sense to me.
and the shit has hit the fan
How is this maybe the worst episode of the show, while also containing maybe shows the single best performance in a scene from Julia?

All hail Julia Garner! What an absolute killer of a performance to end Part 1 of season 4. Can't wait to see how it all ends.
