Yes finally Piper and Alex are engaged! I hope it stays that way. I hate them having an on-off relationship since season one, it's time that they move forward together. The writers can create other drama for them instead of Alex and Piper constantly breaking up. But at least that episode showed that they love each other since forever, even when they were separated.
I just can't, as Taystee throws it all away cuz they won't immediately jail the guard. It's hard to watch.
