Using three different narratives, between a present in 2004, a post-war past and a musical fantasy in a nightclub, the series doesn't quite find the balance of the three plots, which sometimes work against each other. One is too discursive, another is often unnecessary, while the story in the concentration camp sometimes seems to revel in suffering. It is not the great series that was expected of it, but it's one of the best Spanish series this year, which supports in some excellent performances, a high risk capacity and a willingness to remember the consequences of the lack of freedom.
