Tony really is being developed! I like that now he really is committed to his relationship with Zoe. Also his relationship with Senior has evolved a lot! It's so cute to see Gibbs being supportive and like a mediator between the two of them! I felt sorry for the marine that was a good samaritan and ended up dead because of it. But the action of mother of the girl he tried to help was really beautiful
