Averaging 3 episodes per chapter leaves about 97 episodes or 515 for Shippuden/ 735 overall. So they may speed up a and decide on 700 overall or 500 could be a good stopping point. Studio Pierrot has the Boruto and Tokyo Ghoul Movies and nothing else. Maybe they wont end Naruto and craft the 10 chapters of Scarlet Spring into 100 episodes about every old and new generation character and where they are now. They have the practice from the end of Naruto and they showed they are okay with making really boring story arcs (2nd Chunin Exam) We can even watch plots reworked with different characters (The Formation of Team Minato) I think the third member of Team Konohamaru would have been better if it was Sarutobi Mirai.
