It's of course the penultimate episode meant to build tension for the great finale but I like it. A lot actually. It tells you how ineffective the war on drugs really is. Amado - the richest drug boss there ever was - was under the radar all the time while the DEA was chasing the Tijuana guys who were on the brink of collapse anyway.

And finally that's an episode where the La Voz story line is actually consequential - took a long time to actually connect Andrea's story with the main story. Before, she was just a glorified narrator from the off. And what they say is true: a) The pen is mightier than the sword and b) Follow the money.
