Wait so let me get this right: it is wrong to kill a villain that has literally killed hundreds of people, heroes and civilians alike, because "they're still human", but as soon as they step a little toe out of the prison you put them in it's free game? Wat. In a society with people as dangerous as them, where you have more than enough evidence that it really was THEM who committed those horrendous crimes, and they make clear they're going to continue doing so once they're out ... really?
