Finally we get another action-packed episode. Man did I enjoy seeing Orsted's character, the Dragon God whose the the strongest of the Seven. From just his introduction it was clear he's not someone to be messed with, and man seeing how easily he folded Ruijerd, who so far has been the strongest guy in the show was so scary.
I'm curious why Man-God is so informed on him--for not being able to "see his future or present--" why Orsted wants to kill him, how Orsted is so knowledgeable on Paul, Eris, and Ruijerd and what he meant about "not yet," and what Nanahoshi said to get Orsted to save Rudeus after nearly killing him.
Man seeing Eris break down in tears as she watched Rudeus bleed out to death was painful, it really showed how deeply she cares for the man. And seeing how willingly Rudeus accepted his death, although still regretting not returning Eris home, was surprising. Though it makes sense, given that he somehow got a second chance at living.
Also, I'm glad Man-God confirmed that Rudeus' efforts to clear Ruijerd and the Sperds' name is taking effect, slowly winning them back public approval.
What episode friends.
