I honestly thought for a second that Mr. Flannery was testing a seat belt simply for his safety. I thought that nurse was out of place! gasp Watts could tell- or he felt something was off. I'm glad Dilton listened to Thomas and called (on) Ms. Mildred Ash. I feel the ambulance should have been closer and they just have had a stretcher closer to him to lay him in, but that would have ruined the dramatic effect of bleeding to death after having been hurt like that.
