The pilot was good.. not great but good. This was better. This was good enough to sell me on the entire season. I'm starting to think I do see though to the plot I just don't connect the dots. I noticed "the character" in Glass Onion and I kept seeing these bits of stupidity I just didn't think anything of it. In the pilot I noticed the cow looked odd but I didn't think anything of it. And here I saw bad logic and just didn't think anything of it. I think a lot of people are quick to call out plot points long before the story has even really decided on them but maybe there's a degree of merit to the proceedings.
But this episode was solid. We learned a bit. People acted a bit and the AI did it's thing a little bit.
I kept waiting for JQ to say “Tres Comas”.
I absolutely love how that guy always snaps his mobile phone in half after every call. It's a hilarious touch on an otherwise still rather lukewarm show.
Still frustratingly confusing about what this show is really about. Quests? For who? Do we have to wait until the season finale to know?
Interesting. So Jay is actually Jesus. So maybe the “boss” is god. And if I’m that universe, gods and all that exist I suppose it’s god fighting the algorithm. With a nun.
Maybe the algorithm is just god’s wife though :joy:

Lionfish - that's it, the main thought in my head whilst watching this episode. Every time Simone/Lizzy turned around, right on the back of her sweater- Lionfish, an invasive species.
I have no idea what kind of structure this show has, but I'm not fond of it. It's totally understandable why it only managed to make it to eight episodes.
Finally I know what’s the main use case for these folding phones. Absolutely love this series! :heart_eyes:
I knew it. If you're going to plan elaborately, you might as well go all the way. Always expect the unexpected.
