Monday Mornings 2013

Oh well, I guess they were right with cancelling this? SINCE THERE IS NOT FRIGGIN SHOUT HERE BESIDE MY OWN? Where are the fans of this fantastic show?!
Beside Emily Owens M.D. this was a great, fresh and entertaining new medical show with a FANTASTIC cast and it was just axed by TNT without ever getting a real chance... too bad, it will sorely be missed by me and others who highly enjoyed it.

10 Episodes, wow, what a shame...

I echo the feelings here. This was a very good show with a likeable cast, some good acting and quite interesting characters and scripts. If given the opportunity to blossom, it would have shown even more. The contrast between Hooten's severity in the M&M meetings and his likeability outside, the emotional baggage that comes from a medical drama coupled with the funny scenes of Park or Villenueva (Big Cat!!!), the lovable but odd characters of Buck and Fran Horowitz, and the eloquence and outspoken nature of Dr Napur all made this show quite unique. I wasn't as impressed by the characters of Ridgeway and Wilson, they felt like the lead couple that had to be thrown in there for some love drama, but the actors did what they could with what they were given and it came out OK. All in all, a solid medical drama, one I regret seeing canceled but one you should watch, because of its unique attributes and because you still get some semblance of closure at the end of Season 1 without cliffhangers.

Welp, after 7 episodes: pretty solid.
I'm not a huge fan of medical shows except they have something "new" to offer so the premise sure was interesting. While there was nothing really ground-breaking so far, episode 7 put me over the edge tho. Damn fine episode for a pretty good show with an incredible versatile and likeable cast.
