Why did she quit? That seemed premature. She's more modernly intelligent than everyone else, by a long shot, so she probably could've figured a lot of things doctor/medicine-related out, and ended up making a big, actual difference. In that sense, you could say that she was just as bad of a person as the fake doctor. But I guess because everyone considers methods similar to those of the fake doctor as normal, or close to normal, they wouldn't care. Taking all of that into consideration, I don't get why she outed him, either.
