I do understand they had to write in the pregnancy for Peggy because Katey was pregnant in real life. But why on earth give Marcy one , too ? Due to the unfortunate fact that Katey lost the baby it became a dream sequence in the show. But I can't help asking myself what would have happened had she had the baby.
