The main storyline was certainly orchestrated as a means to have Thomas and Juliet pretend to be a couple and to appease those who ship them together, perhaps as a peace offering for them not being a couple yet as well as to further move them along to becoming an actual couple. And the subplot with T.C. was to balance things out with the whole love theme. All in all, this was an entertaining episode. I think it would've made a much better episode to be in the position of the previous episode as the one to air after the long break, but it is what it is.
