oh come on the man was already dying, couldn't you have given him his few last months with his son... but as heartbreaking as this is I think I get why they did it. after all he's going th fight his family and they needed to make even more personal by killing his father because of her.. maybe we'll even have mac going down a dark path as he said in previous episodes nothing is like it was and it feels like the line keeps moving. I guess we'll see how far he'll go..
