Great episode. The scene with the cave drawing and the robot doing it too was brilliant.
Yes, tell a robot, a logical machine, that people aren't loyal and will betray you and in the same breath tell him to trust you. Ya, that totally makes sense.
Another thing that is really annoying is that everytime someone does something or something is happening they start babbling.
This definitely has some, shall we say, annoying writing. Specifically between Maureen and John. John says not to tell anyone about the robot, Maureen says that secrets eventually come out. That's clearly exactly what's going to happen, so this seems like nothing more than an attempt to build up some tension. It doesn't work. Just tell people, seriously.
I still really am enjoying the kids, though, and the robot is great. Hiding him in a cave seemed like a stupid idea, however. I'm disappointed to see the return of the chicken guy, and Doctor Smith doesn't seem to be doing anything sensible.
How did Dr. Smith survive the night? Everyone else was sheltered somewhere.

This show is getting its legs. Absolutely stunning cinematography, couple of really nice character moments... Wasn't sure after the first 2 episodes but it's growing on me.
I don't want to sound too negative here, but I find myself to be quite annoyed by the kids in this show.
I keep thinking what would even happen if the rest of the colony finds out the robot is evil, I mean, it's not like they can destroy it anyway.
Wil's dad is kind of a fragile dude.
