Interesting choice and back and forth over who to prosecute. I was siding with McCoy, personally. I was a bit surprised by the comprimise deal, and i do kinda like it, but i would have prosecuted the guy and gave the mother a walk. We need to make an example of the guy that these are the consequences if you do this kind of thing. Plus, he knew the woman could have died from the pregnancy, it was depraved indifference. So i'm a bit disappointed McCoy didn't go after the guy.
