A murky case with interesting moral debate on both sides. I got a nice surprise when Claire was mentioned, and then the behavior of Jack seemed even more appropriate with how he was acting in the episode. I think man 1 was an offer he should have jumped at. I don't like the idea of this guy only serving 5 years for all those deaths. Nor 10 years nor 15. I mean this guy already run someone over years earlier, and he was abusive towards his girlfriend. There needs to be justice and there needs to be examples.
