They got a bit lucky at the end there with the pregnancy and the guy turning on her. Without that... and there's nothing. No justice. Although realistically it would be hard to know whether there's foul play involved her. In this episode you could tell they were acting odd the whole time.
Excluding the deaths of her prior children in the trial is very very questionable. Borderline outrageous as they are very relevant.
I thought the sterilization option was going too far. I saw the point but i could not condone that when there's uncertainty about the truth. Bit surprised how hardline McCoy was here. Even Claire was against it and Schiff knew no judge would take it but McCoy still tried. I like that McCoy is hardline but for me he was a bit too much here.
