Not an all timer by any stretch, but one of those episodes that really makes you appreciate these middle era L&O writers. There’s something prescient here in the way they handle the American Patriot Union but also remarkably dated in its dealing with technology and the “electronic shell game.” Some things never change, others move far too quick.
